The prices displayed are quoted in Singapore Dollars by default. Prices are fixed and bargaining will not be entertained

Customer privacy
Your details will be used and kept only as a record and we guarantee your privacy. We may reveal your name and mobile phone number to our delivery partners.

How is your order processed
Once the order is  confirmed, we will send you a confirmation email  and your order will be processed.

After confirmation, it will take approximately  7 - 15 days for the skincare product to reach your hands, or shower. 

Defective/ Incorrect Item(s) received:
Please note:
All products  are handmade, hence the size might slightly differ. Products' colour may vary slightly due to the strong studio lighting used for photography. Such discrepancies  will not be considered defects and Viyaan  will not entertain any requests for exchange in such cases.

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Defective/Incorrect item(s) received can be exchanged or returned on a case-by-case basis.

We will check all items before mailing them out to ensure that number of defective/incorrect item(s) mailed will be kept to a minimal.

All defective/incorrect items have to be mailed back within 30 days from the date of confirmation of purchase.

In any case whereby defective/incorrect item(s) is confirmed, Viyaan Team will personally contact via email / sms with the customer and they will be requested to choose the item(s) of their choice. After confirmation, the product(s) will take 7-14 days to reach the customer.

Cash refunds request will be strictly declined. Customers will not get any refunds from shop credits, but if the credit purchase is of higher value, top-ups are acceptable.

Returns will only be accepted for items in original conditions.

We reserve the right to reject on the exchange/return.

For all return item(s), you are required to provide us with the Exchanges or Returns Note stating:

1) Your name
2) Email address
3) Contact number
4) Order number
5) Reason(s) for exchanges or returns
6) Image of defective item
