How to use:

As Toner: Use a cotton pad & take an appropriate amount of Fresh Blooms water & smooth it over both face & neck.

For Mask : Add 5 scoops of Fresh Blooms Water to 5 scoops of Rosy Radiance mask to form a paste to apply on face.
